I am a professional certified Enterprise Architect and Technical Project Manager. I've started by coding on several languages and I was really enjoying it. Then I moved to designing software architectures by improving my knowledge about design patterns and architectural patterns. During my past experiences I've been working as Linux administrator at the very beginning of my career, Oracle dba and then leading software engineers teams. As a natural evolution, I started learning Project Management in order to be better identifying risks, define project scope, be able to plan and manage stakeholders expectations and communications, and lean all those tools and techniques required to successfully deliver business solutions. For long time I've been working also as System and Business Analyst, therefore I've been learning most aspects about domains and environments I worked for. I enjoy learning new technologies and improving those I already know. I help organisations challenging the status quo and create meaningful, scalable technology solutions. I love to get better at what I do and how I behave. Continuous learning is my path. Growing my skills is my aim. But the most pleasant satisfaction in my life is my family!
